Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Survey 2026
Purpose: This survey identifies skills gaps to develop the Department of Finance Training Plan (2026 – 2030). It is aligned to MTDP IV SPA #8 (National Revenue & PFM) and SPA #9 (Digital Government & Public Service Governance), Vision 2050 (Human Capital & Institutions) PFMA (as amended) PSMA the Department of Finance Corporate Plan (2023-2027), and the National Public Service GESI Policy.
Estimated time: 15 – 20 minutes. Your responses will be kept confidential and used for planning purposes only. All surveys will be submitted to the Organizational Strategy Division (OSD) to the training team. After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email from: training@finance.gov.pg. Closing date; 17th July 2026.
