Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is responsible for:

• Designing, developing and managing training programs and training materials for accounting and finance staff of the national departments, provincial and local-level government agencies.
• Providing expenditure processing, financial accounting and management services to the Departments of Finance and Treasury and related government agencies.
• Administering staff recruitment and performance management for the Department of Finance.
• Coordinating and administering staff development and training of Finance Department staff.
• Providing payroll services for Department of Finance staff.
• Administering procurement, fleet management, building services and printing for the Department of Finance.
• Providing legal services to the Department of Finance.
• Managing the departmental library.

The Human Resources Division comprises:

• Human Resources Branch.
• Administration Branch.
• Training Branch.
• Finances Branch.
